Overall a nice driver, if you are wanting a show car you will have to spend a lot of money on this one or you can just enjoy it as is. I do have a few extra parts which include some tail light lenses, new water pump, etc.

This car does have a few negative issue which are as follows the rear view mirror on the drivers door is not original, the vent windows in the front doors have been replace with a one piece glass window, the right rear tail light bucket it not correct. The fabric roof is in excellent condition and seems to be water tight. Also the horn has a good loud sound to it. Exterior and interior lights work as do the gauges. The radio itself is a rare period option, when you turn it on the dial lights up but there is no sound. I believe everything works with the exception of the radio.

When this car was fixed up years ago it did not undergo a full restoration but for the time period it's not too bad. Carpet is clean and shows little if any wear, the door panels are OK but show some wrinkles in the fabric. The seats are in excellent condition as well as the headliner. The chrome is still in 'good' condition but far from perfect. The paint show some signs of age, mainly a few chips and scratches but nothing that really distracts from the overall appearance. The wheels cylinders were recently replaced and the brake system flushed and bleed. It has always been stored properly and kept in driving condition, although over the last several years it has been rarely driven. The previous owner had it for over 40 years. I think the Airflow Register may list 12. But the cool one to have (as he tries to explain in his ad) is the ’34 CU Coupe. There are even 1934 Desoto (6-cylinder) Airflow coupes that survive. There are other coupes from later years that survive and there are other 1934 Airflows that survive. I have owned this car for about 20 years and it is time to let it go.
